Villagers Wittewater RFC Case Study
In the 2026 season, Villagers Wittewater RFC partnered with Clubrugby Tickets to replace vulnerable cash gates with 100% digital passes. Fans bought online via PayFast with instant QR codes delivered to their phones, while turnstile marshals scanned entries in under a second using standard smartphone cameras.
Why Register Your Club For 2027?
Every South African club loses revenue to unmonitored gates and cash mishandling. Here is how Clubrugby Tickets protects your club’s bottom line:
Zero Gate Cash Leakage
Fans buy match tickets online via PayFast or WhatsApp links before arrival. Every ticket is logged in your treasury ledger before kickoff—eliminating cash handling at turnstiles.
Mobile Scanner (Works Offline)
Gatekeepers use their own mobile phones to scan QR codes in under 1 second. Our PWA engine caches validation data, keeping entry fast and reliable even with weak rural cellular coverage.
Transparent Club Dashboard
Club executives get real-time visibility over attendance, adult/child/vehicle ticket counts, and audited financials. Receive automated direct payouts straight into your official club bank account.
Official Merchandise Storefront
Sell club jerseys, supporter hoodies, and caps directly to loyal fans and alumni across South Africa, with automated order notifications and PDF tax invoice generation.
Fast online onboarding · Zero complex hardware required
Official Payment Gateway Partner: PayFast
All match tickets, club merchandise, and committee registration fees are processed securely via PayFast (Pty) Ltd — South Africa's leading payment gateway. Gate proceeds are automatically cleared and settled directly into verified club bank accounts.
